Almost all so-called lifestyle diseases are directly or indirectly a result of stress. More specifically, distress, the harmful form of stress. We need eustress, the good stress, in order not to get sick. Simply put, too much of everything puts stress on the mind and body.
Metaphorically speaking, it has only two switches: tension and relaxation. Doctors call this sympathetic and vagotonic. If everything runs smoothly, both are in balance. We can then tear out trees and sleep like a child.
This is hardly the case for most people. The scales often tilt dangerously in the sympathetic direction. Distress is the result. Everyone knows the symptoms: insomnia, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, brooding tendencies, listlessness.
All kinds of anti-stress measures are offered. From A for mindfulness to Z for Zen meditation. These measures can help. But not for everyone and not on the level that matters most: on the cell level.
Human cells work with frequencies. You could say they vibrate (up to 400 Hz). They are highly sensitive – any excessive use or external disturbance (e.g. electrosmog) disrupts cell communication and thus creates cell stress.
Research shows that information frequencies can be used to alleviate cell stress. An interesting development, the Vita Chip, has shown in a study by RECON Freiburg with patients that it significantly reduces the stress-related sympathicotonic activity of the body. The Vita chip is simply glued to a cell phone or other electronic (radiating) device. Especially in the bedroom, users feel a significant improvement and regeneration.
The Vita Chip acts like a biotransmitter, the components of which are microscopic metals and crystals and a high proportion of magnetite. Information frequencies that are transmitted to the body cells are stored on it.
